Welcome
This
Website is completely dedicated to Irish Dance shows like Lord of the
Dance, Riverdance or Gaelforce Dance. You´ll find background information
and many photos of the major Irish Dance shows in "The Shows"
section. In the "Galleries" section you´ll find links to all
the photo galleries of this website. Don´t forget to check out the
Webrings and Links pages. If there are any news (e.g. new tourdates, new
categories,
new pictures), I´ll let you know in the news box on the right hand side.

| Unfortunately
I haven't got the time to keep my website up-to-date anymore. One of
the reasons is, that I tried to make the site bilingual. This means
I have to do the work twice - in German and in English. I want to
keep at least the German part of the website updated, so I will not
update these pages anymore.
Feel free to surf on my site though,
since there are some unique photos that I have taken and some of the
information on the shows is still up-to-date.

Máiréad
Nesbitt's new CD
.Máiréad's
CD can finally be ordered online. To find out more about her new CD, CLICK
HERE.
""Raining Up" is mainly
instrumental, with one vocal track. It has a strong leaning towards Irish and
Scottish music and there are some newly composed tracks that have a slightly
Latin feel and have string arrangements. Recording began in October 2000 and
took about three months to complete. Manus Lunny produced six of the
tracks, and Colm Ó Foghlú five, of which he composed four." (Text by
Bruce Somers)

"Amateur"
Dance Groups
It was not easy to find a name for
this new category, since many of the small groups that I have listed here,
have professional coreographies and have already danced in front of bigger
audiences several times. Some used instructional videos to teach Irish
Dancing themselves, others had professional teachers. You can find a list
of smaller groups by clicking HERE.

Rhythm
of the Dance
On December 24, 2001 a short version
of the Rhythm of the Dance video was aired on N3, a German TV station. I´ve
written a review on this video. In the ROTD section you´ll also find some
additional links regarding the show plus info on where one can order the
video and CD. Have a look at it here..
